The Programme Educational Objectives (PEOs), Programme Outcomes (POs), and Programme Specific Outcomes (PSOs) for the Civil Engineering B.Tech and M.Tech programmes are maintained on the AES (Academic Enterprise Solutions) Portal. These outcomes define the knowledge, skills, and attributes our graduates are expected to attain within a few years of graduation.
Outcome-Based Education (OBE) Framework
Our OBE framework, aligned with NBA accreditation requirements, consists of three interlinked outcome layers:
- PEOs — Programme Educational Objectives define what graduates will accomplish 3–5 years after graduation
- POs — Programme Outcomes define the attributes graduates should have at the time of graduation (aligned to NBA GAPC)
- PSOs — Programme-Specific Outcomes define Civil Engineering-specific attributes unique to our programme
- COs — Course Outcomes for individual courses mapped to POs/PSOs through a structured matrix
