The Best Library User Award recognises students who make the most of the Central Library's collection each semester — encouraging a culture of reading, research, and lifelong learning across all departments of AJCE.

The BLU Award is given for both odd and even semesters of the academic year.

Only one candidate per class is eligible for the award in each semester.

Selection is based on the number of books borrowed in the semester, with priority given to borrowing of technical books.

The borrowing period is counted from the commencement of regular classes to the date of issue of the 'No Due Certificate' for that semester.
🎓 Winner's Privilege: Award winners are entitled to borrow six books per semester (in place of the standard 3 books per fortnight) — recognising and rewarding their commitment to the library.
