The Central Library of Amal Jyothi College of Engineering, Kanjirappally was established in 2001 to support the educational mission of the College and fulfill the information needs of diverse user communities. In accordance with the objectives of the College, the library aims to develop a comprehensive collection of documents useful for researchers, the faculty, and the student community.
As Dr. S. R. Ranganathan, father of Library Science in India, remarked: "The Library is the trinity of Learning Resources, Faculty/Students and the Library Staff." AJCE's Central Library — housed at the Knowledge Center on the main campus — is designed around this trinity, supporting academic programmes from B.Tech and M.Tech through BCA, MCA, BBA, and doctoral research.
