About the Library

The Central Library

The Central Library of Amal Jyothi College of Engineering, Kanjirappally, was established in 2001 to support the educational mission of the college and to meet the information needs of its diverse user community.

In keeping with the college's objectives, the library aims to develop and maintain a comprehensive collection of resources to support researchers, faculty, and students.

As Dr. S. R. Ranganathan, the father of Library Science in India, observed, "the library is the trinity of learning resources, faculty/students, and the library staff." AJCE's Central Library, housed at the Knowledge Centre on the main campus, is built around this principle and supports academic programmes ranging from B.Tech and M.Tech to BCA, MCA, BBA, and doctoral research.
