Impact Lab of Information Technology Dept. under Amal Jyothi College of Engineering researches HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), Artificial Intelligence,Networks, Blockchain, Programming Languages. Our goal is to develop an avid hunger for research among its students by exposing them to industry and academia. Students are screened with their interest in research before joining the Lab. Students can join from the Freshmen year itself if he/she passes the tests and other criteria which ensures his/her aptitude in research. Every member of the Impact lab will be researching certain topics which are most interesting to them. There is a weekly meeting for the Impact Lab members where the students discuss their current work and recent trends in technology. The main aim behind this lab is to inculcate a research culture from the beginning of a student's engineering journey. All members of the Impact lab are encouraged to work on new technologies and produce publications from the freshmen year itself.
Objectives- Expose students to academia and research from a very early stage.
