NATIONAL METALLURGIST’S DAY (NMD)
Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Amal Jyothi College of Engineering, Kanjirappally (AJCE) is organizing a one-day educational programme for school students on NOVEMBER 14, 2020 as a part of 58th NATIONAL METALLURGIST’S DAY (NMD) celebrations. NMD is celebrated every year to commemorate the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the first prime minister of our country.
The programme includes JCJ Memorial Metallurgical quiz competition, technical talk and informal events and the objective is to help students to get familiarized with the latest technologies in material development which can take them to an international career. Prizes worth 15k is awaiting the winners of the competitions.
