Manufacturing has made a quantum leap towards CNC (Computer Numerical Control) from conventional methods. Industry is in great need of professionals with thorough CNC programming knowledge in India and abroad. The CTC is a newly established state-of-the-art training centre offering high-end training in CNC Programming and CNC Machining.

This course familiarises students with the operating process, manual programming, computer-assisted programming, tool & work setting, and product machining.

Level 1 – CNC Machine Operator

  • Understanding of all CNC machining operations
  • Introduction to the CNC control panel

Level 2 – CNC Machine Setter

  • Machine settings / work-piece holding / tool holding
  • Tool offset / work offset
  • Changing offset parameters on CNC control panel

Level 3 – CNC Programmer

  • Basics of CNC programming: G codes and M codes
  • Advanced programming techniques: basic & advanced machining cycles, canned cycles, mirroring, subroutines, cycle time reduction

Level 4 – APT Programming

  • Basics of APT
