Amal Jyothi College of Engineering has been re-accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), New Delhi in 2017 for three years for two of its B. Tech. programmes (Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering).

NAAC AccreditationAmal Jyothi College of Engineering has been accredited by NAAC with 'A' Grade. The Cumulative Grade Point Average secured by the college is 3.02 on a 4 point scale. Amal Jyothi is the first Engineering College in Kerala to secure ‘A’ Grade in NAAC accreditation. The results were announced by NAAC in its Executive Council meeting held on 25/05/2016. This accreditation is valid for the next 5 years.
BEING FIRST IS AN HONOUR
The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) was approved by the MHRD and launched by Honourable Minister of Human Resource Development on 29th September 2015.
This framework outlines a methodology to rank institutions across the country. The methodology draws from the overall recommendations broad understanding arrived at by a Core Committee set up by MHRD, to identify the broad parameters for ranking various universities and institutions. The parameters broadly cover “Teaching, Learning and Resources,” “Research and Professional Practices,” “Graduation Outcomes,” “Outreach and Inclusivity,” and “Perception”.
